LA Marine, the specialist shipping and marine team of the Bournemouth and Southampton based law firm Lester Aldridge, have announced their sponsorship of the 2019 Poole Harbour Boat Show(PHBS) business-to-business lunch. The lunch, which takes place on the opening day of the show (Friday 7th June), will see many of the UK’s leading marine companies coming together with the local business community.
Guest of honour at the lunch event will be Vendee Globe competitor, Pip Hare – the successful sailor and marine journalist, who hails from Poole, will be lining up in November 2020, along with 30 international skippers to single-handedly race her 60ft boat around the world, non-stop. Pip will be chatting to guests about her upcoming challenge.

With over 32,000 people in attendance in 2018 the PHBS, organised by Poole Harbour Commissioners, continues to be the biggest-ever, FREE to attend Boat Show on the south coast. The Boat Show’s ambitions and theme are to get people ‘on the water’, irrespective of age, ability or budget.
