Stackhouse Poland employees hosted their annual Charity Golf Day at Remedy Oak Golf Course, raising funds for the Poole Communities Trust. In the last 16 years these golf days have raised in excess of £60,000 for local charities.
Poole Communities Trust is a community led charity, whose mission is to promote economic and community growth across Poole. This is done primarily through the development of community facilities and creating places where people have the chance to thrive.
Stackhouse Poland Regional Director Steve Risk advised, “We are thrilled to announce that this year’s charity golf day has raised several thousand. It’s been a hugely successful day at Remedy Oak and they have been great hosts to us, as ever. We were pleased to welcome 19 teams to play, made up of clients, insurers partners and friends of the business.”
Debbie Dixon advised, “The funds raised today will make a huge difference to our fundraising efforts and will go towards our capital appeal for a new community hub building in Bourne in Poole, helping us to achieve our mission to help people get active, keep learning and make friends.”
